After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court on the strength of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
