particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the the respondents in not paying an amount Rs. 3,36,519-00 to the petitioner for supply of eggs for the months of July, 2019 to November, 2019 to the School Children in MSZP High School (Girls) Yemmiganur (Code NO. 28212191053) and in spite of letters dated 30-11-2022 and 05-05-2025, 30-10-2025 addressed by the respondents No. 5 and 4 respectively to the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently DIRECT the respondent authorities to pay the above said amount of Rs. 3,36,619-00 to the petitioner immediately with reasonable interest @ 12 percent p.a.

The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in not paying an amount of Rs.3,36,510/- to the Petitioner for supply of eggs to the School Children in MSZP High School (Girls), Yemmiganur for the months of July, 2019 to November.2019 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there is no dispute with the regard to the amount claimed by the Petitioner and the amounts were disbursed as and when the funds are released. 3. As there is no dispute with regard to the amount due, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following terms: i) The Respondents are directed to pay the admitted amount to the Petitioner within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs. 4
