The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended by the order of this Court dated 23.01.2025, inter alia, on the condition that the petitioner should deposit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. However, it is seen that the petitioner could not deposit the said amount and is still in custody. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty FiveThousand Only) towards the fine amount. All other conditions remain unaltered. 3.
