The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.4 in reopening enquiry by appointing new enquiry officer and issuing notice, dated 24.04.2026, though the domestic enquiry had already been completed and accepted, is illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as the Respondents submitted that, in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place, after the filing of the writ petition, no cause survives for adjudication. They accordingly requested that the Writ Petition be closed. 3. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
