JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: "Wherefore, the petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ: i) By restraining the respondent Bank from proceeding further in issuance of further sale notices with respect to schedule properties towards the recovery of the loan of the petitioner. ii) By directing the respondent to regularize the loan account of the petitioner by taking the amount which is stipulated under the law. iii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The writ petition is filed against the Karnataka Bank Limited, which is a private Bank. 3. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in W.P. No.11869/2017 C/w W.P. No.27352/2016 dated 04.03.2020, in the case of Gowtham vs. Karnataka Bank Limited, has held - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16894 WP No. 7555 of 2026 that, the writ petition against the Karnataka Bank is not maintainable. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, giving liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. ii.
