Learned counsel for the State, on written instructions, submitted that during the course of investigation, the name of one Babita surfaced as the alleged supplier. However, despite efforts, no such person could be identified or traced. It is further submitted that no role has been assigned to the present petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence. 4. The written instructions submitted by the learned State Counsel are taken on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the State and the written instructions placed on record, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the present Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
