Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is squarely covered by order dated 06.05.2025 passed in SBCWP No.2591/2025 titled as Choudhary Paramedical College Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the present petition can be disposed of in light of same. 3. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present petition in terms of the ratio passed in Choudhary Paramedical College (supra), in accordance with Para-3 which is reproduced herein below:- “3. In case, such application is filed by the petitioner- Institution, it is expected that the concerned respondents shall consider and decide the same and pass appropriate order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application after conduction necessary inspection, subject to condition that the petitioner-Institute has completed all the other requisite formalities.” 4.
