1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents.
3. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 11th March, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station, Murshidabad Police District and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 11th March, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 11th March, 2026 that a criminal prosecution being Murshidabad Police District Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.51 of 2026 dated 7th March, 2026 was initiated under certain provisions of BNS and Inspector-in-Charge, Cyber Crime P.S., Murshidabad Police District was entrusted to investigate the matter.

5. In view of initiation of criminal proceeding based on complaint lodged by the petitioner, no further order need be passed at this stage save and except directing the concerned police authority to take the investigation to its logical conclusion at an early date.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
