JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: “a) To issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 authorities to stop illegal constructions made by the 6th respondent by encroaching the property of the petitioner; b) To call for records and grant such other relief/s deems fit by this Hon'ble court.” 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 5, namely the Chief Executive Officer, the Circle Inspector, the Panchayath Development Officer, the Secretary, to stop the illegal constructions made by the respondent No.6 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15181 WP No. 9918 of 2023 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Leaned HCGP submits that in respect to the very same construction and dispute, OS No.61/2023 has been filed and the same is pending adjudication before the Court. In the light of this dispute, the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. 6. Pending IAs., if any, shall stand closed.
