Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused, although, the subject matter of this case involves recovery of 1000 bottles of phensedyl. Learned advocate for the State submits that investigation is in progress. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the charge-sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 226 of 2026 is dismissed.
