Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused, although, the subject matter of this case involves recovery of 1000 bottles of phensedyl. Learned advocate for the State submits that investigation is in progress. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the charge-sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 226 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
