The learned 1st Additional Judge to 1st Civil Judge, Senior Division Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.03.2026 has requested for extension to time in concluding the trial, however, from perusal of the case status, it transpires that the case is fixed for final argument on 28.04.2026. 4. In view of the same, further period of two months is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial, if the same has not been concluded yet. 5.
