The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the State/respondents to consider the representation made within a specified time frame. 3. It appears that the petitioner herein has prayed for relief against the respondent authorities, but the application relied upon by the petitioners, which is dated 06.01.2026, appears to have been considered by the private respondents, as they have issued a letter of reappointment dated 03.02.2026 in favour of the said applicant/petitioner herein Prasenjit Kundu. 4. The petitioner no. 1 has preferred an application/representation dated 16.12.2025 before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Barasat. 5. It is submitted that till date the said application has not been considered by the said authority. 2 6. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of, with the direction that the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Barasat, North 24 Parganas shall consider the said application dated 16.12.2025, filed by the petitioner and on hearing the parties herein decide the said issue in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order preferably within 60 days from the date of this order. 7. Writ application stands disposed of. 8. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10.
