Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner, by way of present petition, has made a prayer to the effect that the respondents be directed to transfer her to GPS, Jathiya or GCPS Jubberhatti. Though, this Court would have not inclined to even issue notice in view of the fact that the petitioner has presently joined, but keeping in view the disability being suffered by her, as is evident from perusal of Annexure P-1, which is 90% 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:14387 ) 2 permanent, the petition is entertained and a direction is being issued to the respondents to consider her representation dated 08.03.2026. 3. Since a direction is being issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, no reply is being sought from the respondents. 4. Keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the respondent/competent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 08.03.2026 made by the petitioner and post her at GPS Jathiya or GCPS Jubberhatti or any other nearby stations, which is at the walking distance of her residence. It is expected that the respondents while considering the representation made by the petitioner will consider the disability certificate Annexure P-1 and pass speaking orders within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. 5.
