This interlocutory application is filed seeking impleadment of Sri Dandadhar Baruah and the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.5995/2024. Page No.# 5/5 The applicant/writ petitioner filed the connected WP(C) No.5995/2024, challenging the freezing of his bank account in the Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch, on the complaint of one Sri Dandadhar Baruah, who is sought to be impleaded as party respondent No.9 along with the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch as the respondent No.10, in the said writ petition. Having considered the issue involved in the connected writ petition and submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the considered view that Sri Dandadhar Baruah and the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch appears to be necessary parties in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.5995/2024, as the freezing of the bank account of the petitioner, on the basis of complaint of the party sought to be impleaded as respondent No.9 in the Bank of the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch sought to be impleaded as respondent No.10, is put to challenge in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, Sri Dandadhar Baruah and the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Tangla Branch are allowed to be impleaded as the party respondent Nos.9 & 10, in the connected writ petition.
