In view of the aforesaid statement, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent – caveator has also pointed out that by way of the order dated 22.01.2026 passed in CR-9399-2025 (Annexure P-4), the concerned Appellate Authority has been directed to dispose of the RA No.69 of 2022, )tled as ‘Sukhpal Singh vs. Dr. Gurpartap Singh Sandhu and another, expedi)ously and preferably up to 31.03.2026 by giving short dates and it was made clear that in case, the appeal is not disposed of up to 31.03.2026, the Court concerned shall seek extension from this Court by specifying the reasons for not disposing. Learned counsel submits that the said order has not been complied and the next date of hearing before the Appellate Authority is 16.04.2026. Though, the maAer is disposed of, but the concerned Appellate Authority shall submit its comments for not making compliance of the order Annexure P-4.
