The petitioner claims that he is in possession of the property for more than 50 years. He has filed supporting documents along with his representation dated 18.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the said representation was not considered by the official respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order Page No.2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.9139 of 2026 is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 5th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.
