Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in light of Annexure P-2, she has been transferred from GSSS Longni, District Mandi to GSSS Barot, District Mandi, ignoring the medical condition of her husband. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the station to which the petitioner has been transferred does not has regular connectivity and as the husband of the petitioner has to undergo dialysis twice a week at AIIMS, Bilaspur, it would be extremely difficult for the petitioner to look after her husband, in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 case said transfer order is given effect to. 4. On the other hand, learned Additional Advocate General submits that as the place to which the petitioner stands transferred is not all that far away, no case is made out for interference with the transfer order. 5. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner approach the Authority for her adjustment at some other station by way of a representation and if any such representation is filed by the petitioner within one week, then let appropriate call be taken thereupon by the competent authority within four weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by passing a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till then, the petitioner shall not be compelled to join at GSSS Barot and she shall be at liberty to avail the leave of kind due to her.
