Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 100 of 2019, under Section 420, 406 & 120-B of I.P.C., registered at Police Station Dalanwala, District Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further contended that the applicant is suffering from chronic liver disease and liver cirrhosis and as such, due to this reason and due to some matrimonial discord, she was unable to attend the court proceedings. 5. Learned State Counsel, on the other hand, opposes the anticipatory bail application and submits that the applicant has been evading the process of law. It is pointed out that a Non-Bailable Warrant (N.B.W.) has already been issued against the applicant by the court concerned and, thereafter, proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have also been initiated against her. 6. In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will surrender before the court concerned and avail the remedy available to her in accordance with law by moving an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate. It is further submitted that the applicant undertakes to cooperate with the proceedings and shall not seek to evade the process of law. 7. In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the applicant, no further orders are required to be passed in the present anticipatory bail application.
