Admittedly, the corpus is major, aged about 23 years and this [2026:RJ-JP:19282-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-136/2026] fact has been confirmed by counsel for the petitioner as well as by learned Government Advocate-cum-Additional Advocate General. 3. We have interacted with the corpus and she has firmly stated before us that she is not in any illegal detention and she does not want to go with the petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that the corpus is major, we set the corpus at liberty to go and live as per her own free will. 6. The concerned police officer is directed to make sure that no harm is caused to the corpus while going at the place of her choice. 7. In that view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed. (BHUWAN GOYAL),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Gourav/04
