Learned State Counsel would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court. It is, therefore, contended that the relief sought in the writ petition no longer survives and the petition has consequently become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. 5. Since the charge-sheet has been filed, the criminal writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. 6. No order as to costs. 7.
