ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.10 in proceeding to register a criminal case against the petitioner pursuant to the letter dated 10.04.2026 issued by the respondent No.6 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.9 and 10, not to register any FIR or to take any coercive steps.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 9 & 10 and submitted that crime has already been registered vide F.I.R.No.99 of 2026 on 07.05.2026 by the Station House Officer, Ponnuru Town Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly submitted that crime is already registered against the petitioner and as such, this Writ Petition may be
disposed of with a direction to the investigating officer to follow the procedure in accordance with law.
4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, the investigating officer i.e. SHO of Ponnuru Town Police Station, is directed to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
