JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: "WHEREFORE, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to: a. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing the "ANNEXURE- D" i.e., Letter.No.BCCB/AO/930/2024-25 dated 17/01/2025, b. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing the E- Auction held by the respondent bank as void, C. Grant such other relief as tis Hon'ble Court deems just and equitable in the circumstances of the case." 2. The writ petition is of the year 2025. So far, no notice has not been issued to the respondent. When the matter came up on 17.02.2026, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was posted on 25.02.2026. Again the matter came up on 25.02.2026, there - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14322 WP No. 9499 of 2025 was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and directed that matter to be listed on 09.03.2026. 3. On 09.03.2026, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court had directed the matter to be listed for 'dismissal' on 10.03.2026. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 4.
