JUSTICE BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU Order 16/03/2026 The allegation in the present petition is with regard to the tying of animals in a roving area on the Municipality land in the colony near the residential area. It seems that certain buffaloes have been tied there on the Nagar Nigam plot. Unless there is some construction needed to be done on the Nagar Nigam plot, no objection apparently can be made for tying of animals nearby. Neither is it stated that the said plot is a park.
