[2026:RJ-JP:21509] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 6603/2026 1. Ajendra Kumar Rawat S/o Rajendra Rawat, Aged About 29 Years, R/o Rawat Moholla Rasidpur, P.s. Mandawar, District Dausa. ( At Present In District Jail, Dausa.) 2. Jitendra Kumar Rawat S/o Rajendra Rawat, Aged About 27 Years, R/o Rawat Mohollarasidpur, P.s. Mandawar, District Dausa. (At Present In District Jail, Dausa.) ----Petitioners Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Public Prosecutor. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Kapil Bhardwaj, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vivek Chaudhary, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 21/05/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused-petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.96/2026, registered at Police Station Mandawar (Dausa), District Dausa, for the offence(s) under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the complainant and the petitioners were having genuine transaction and the present FIR against the petitioner is only to recover the amount which was transferred as loan in the petitioners account. It is further contended that the amount was [2026:RJ-JP:21509] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6603/2026] transferred through UPI in the petitioner's accounts from 2023 to 2026. It is also contended that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long, the offences are exclusively triable by the Magistrate and there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner and trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the matter is exclusively triable by the Magistrate and there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner and without expressing anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners namely; 1. Ajendra Kumar Rawat S/o Rajendra Rawat and 2. Jitendra Kumar Rawat S/o Rajendra Rawat, in connection with FIR No.96/2026, registered at Police Station Mandawar (Dausa), District Dausa, shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for there appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
