The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 351(2), 126(2) and 115(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a/27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has not made firing upon the deceased. She further submits that the name this petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has supplied the fire arm to the principal accused- Mantosh Mahto which was allegedly used in the commission of the murder of Soma Oraon @ Soma Munda. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that this petitioner has supplied the fire arms to Mantosh Mahto which was used in the commission of murder of Soma Oraon @ Soma Munda, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
