By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 188/2023, registered with the Po- lice Station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (West) for the offences punish- able under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Assistant Government Advocate, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur West, has apprised this Court that the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) before the concerned Court on 11.02.2025. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
