Heard Mr. A. Mena learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. C. Mushahary, learned Standing Counsel for the BTC.
2. This is application seeking for impleadment of the Director of Pension and the Accountant General (A&E), Assam as party Respondents No. 8 and 9 respectively in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No. 1276/2024.
3. Notice in this Interlocutory Application was issued on 23.03.2026. The
learned counsel for the parties are represented by the respective counsel. There is no objections raised by the learned counsel representing the opposite parties No. 8 and 9.
4. Under such circumstances, this Court upon consideration of the ground urged that the opposite parties No. 8 and 9 would be necessary party in deciding the issues placed before the Court in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No. 1276/2024.
5. Prayer made in this Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
6. The opposite party Nos. 8 and 9, the Director of Pension and the Accountant General (A&E), Assam respectively are arrayed as party Respondents Nos. 8 and 9 in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.

7. Petitioner will file amended cause title within a period of 2 (two) weeks before the Registry.
