Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submitted that during the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer found that the allegations levelled in the FIR were not substantiated and, accordingly, has filed a closure report before the competent Court. 5. Written instructions submitted by the learned State Counsel are taken on record. 6.
