In view of the offer and acceptance, the present appeal is disposed of by awarding the compensation of Rs. 3,50,000/-, in lump-sum, which would be over and above the amount already awarded by the learned MACT. 4. The Insurance Company will deposit this amount within a period of 30 days, from today. 5. The above amount is apportioned equally amongst the appellants. 6. The appeal is disposed of in above terms.
