...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 7 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.11 cents in Sy.No.83/1 situated at Perumallapalli @ Poraka Revenue Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District and attempting to dispossess the petitioner therefrom without following due process of law and without issuing any notice to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule property and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER
Heard Sri M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Sri P.Abhinav Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja,
learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 6 and Sri Mallikarjuna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the 7th respondent. Notice in respect of 8th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order effecting his right or interest is passed.

Assailing the action of official respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s agricultural land of an extent of Ac.2.11 cents in S.No.83/1 of Perumallapalli @ Poraka Revenue Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process, the above writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the above referred extend of land, having acquired the same by way of registered settlement deed bearing document No. 4021 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024. The petitioner’s name was updated in the records of rights. The adangal report dated 16.02.2026 is filed as Ex.P2. He would submit that at the behest of 8th respondent, the 5th respondent is attempting to dispossess the petitioner without following due procedure.

Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 6, on the instructions of the 5th respondent- Tahsildar would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and 8th respondent. The 5th respondent is not interfering with the land referred to supra. He would submit that if the petitioner’s land is required for public purpose the 5th respondent will follow due procedure.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping the writ petition pending and inviting a counter, will not serve any purpose.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 5th respondent not to interfere with the extent of Ac.2.11 cents in S.No.83/1 of Perumallapalli @ Poraka Revenue Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process. No order as to costs.
It is made clear that this Court has not recorded any finding with regard to title of, either the petitioner or the 8th respondent, in respect of subject land.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
