It is submitted that due to inadvertence, Chief Controller (Pensions), Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO), Government of India, Ministry of Finance could not be impleaded as respondent in the writ petition and proposed respondent is very much necessary party in the present case. Accordingly, MC (WP(C)) No.477 of 2026 is allowed, Chief Controller (Pensions), Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO), Government of India, Ministry of Finance is impleaded as respondent No.6 in WP(C) No.394 of 2023.
