The instant 3rd interim bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioner under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 in connection with FIR No.204/2022 registered at Police Station Bagad, District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 IPC. 2. The accused-petitioner seeks interim bail to attend the marriage of his younger sisters namely Rinku and Poonam which is going to be solemnized on 25.05.2026. 3. Factual Report has been received from the concerned police station that is taken on record. [2026:RJ-JP:20940] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-7126/2026] 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the present interim bail application. However, it is not disputed that the marriage ceremony of the petitioner's sisters is going to be solemnized on 25.05.2026. 5. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner upon his release will not contact any witness or any person in connection with the present case and shall only meet his family members, relatives and friends. He further submits that the accused- petitioner shall remain at his home or at the place where the ceremonies of the marriage as mentioned in the enclosed card which is taken on record. 6. Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that earlier also accused-petitioner was enlarged on interim bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court for 17 days vide order dated 03.07.2025 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application 7440/2025 and at that time he did not misuse the liberty. 7. So in view thereof, the instant 3rd interim bail application of the accused-petitioner namely Deshbandhu Urf Monu S/o Shri Balveer is hereby allowed and it is ordered that the accused- petitioner shall be released on temporary bail from 21.05.2026 till 26.05.2026, on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, one of which is close family member of the accused-petitioner. 8. The accused-petitioner shall be released at 11:00 AM on 21.05.2026 and shall have to surrender on or before the [2026:RJ-JP:20940] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-7126/2026] concerned Jail Authorities at 5:00 PM on 26.05.2026, failing which the Jail Authorities shall report the matter.
