By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide his representation dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the recorded owner of the land bearing Khasra No.124/2 area 0.405 hectare situated at village Jhilgitaar Tahsil Pusour Distt. Raigarh. The aforesaid land was acquired vide award dated 11.11.2013 passed by respondent No.3. Subsequently, amended award was passed on 06.5.2014. Learned counsel further submits that while computing the award amount, solatium has not BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.04.27 10:22:27 +0530 2 been given to the petitioner as per the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, rather only 30% solatium has been given Therefore, the petitioner has filed representation dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1) before Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, but the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the above prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the aforesaid contention of learned counsel for the parties, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Raigarh to decide the representation dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a copy of this order along with a copy of representation (Annexure-P/1) before respondent No.3, within 15 days from today. 7.
