JUSTICE SUNITHA GANDHAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 273 OF 2015 ORDER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 25.11.2014 passed in S.R. No.3929/2013 (C.C No.886 of 2014) by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amalapuram, East Godavari District for not taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 3 (1) X, 3 (i) (v) and 3 (1) XIV of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2. As seen from the report of Special Judge for trial of cases under P.C.Act, Rajamahendravaram FAC Principal District Judge, East Godavari District dated 22.07.2026, main case in CC No.686 of 2014 pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amalapuram is already settled before the Lok Adalat on 04.08.2018 and accordingly accused is acquitted under Section 320 (8) Cr.P.C for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 (2) IPC. 3. Since the main case which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 (2) IPC has already settled before the Lok Adalat vide award dated 04.08.2018, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. 4. In the result, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
