Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. 4. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners seek following reliefs :- “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent no.3 to forthwith publish the serial wise / sequential merit list (marks) of the Main Examination of the Uttarakhand Combine State Civil / Upper Subordinate Services Examination-2024 in strict compliance with its own statutory regulations, namely the “Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Examination Result Generation Procedure Regulations, 2022”; ii. Mould and Grant and Issue any other writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; iii. Also award the cost of this petition to the petitioners.” UKHC010111362026 2026:UHC:5203-DB 5. It is the case of the petitioners that they appeared for Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Examination- 2024, but the result has not been published strictly in accordance with Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Examination Result Generation Procedure Regulations, 2022. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3- Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, at the very outset, gives a statement that within eight days, the result shall be published in accordance with Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Examination Result Generation Procedure Regulations, 2022. 7. The Court takes his statement on record. 8. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent no.3, nothing survives in this writ petition. 9.
