Court that it may be pleased to set aside the Order dated 28/06/2023 passed by the Court of Principal Sr. Civil Judge and JMFC Hunsur in Crl. Misc No. 373/2018 in granting a sum of Rs. 10,000/- maintenance in favour of Respondent and confirmed by the Order dated 13/12/2024 passed by the Court of VIII AddI. District & Sessions Judge, Mysuru sitting at Hunsur in Crl. RP No. 230/2023 by dismissing the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner. A certified copy of the Order dated 28/06/2023 and 13/12/2024 are hereby produced as Annexure-A and B respectively." 2. The matter was called in the forenoon and in the afternoon. Heard Sri.B.S.Nagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. 4. The respondent is a blind lady with 90% blindness. The certificate issued by the competent authority, is appended to the petition. 5. The issue in the lis is with regard to maintenance being granted to the lady at Rs.10,000/- per month. The husband has challenged the said order and an interim order of stay is granted by the Coordinate Bench. There is no warrant of continuation of the interim order be that the petition, as the amount of Rs.10,000/- per month, to a blind lady who has to take care of herself, as she has been deserted by the husband.
