Only grievance of the petitioner is that he has preferred a representation dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P- 11) for transfer on medical grounds due to injury but the same has not been adjudicated by respondent No.2/Competent Authority till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content in case the respondents/competent authority(s) are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
