This application has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking extension of time to file a criminal appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide order dated 04.07.2025, disposed of ACQA No.420/2018 with a direction to the petitioner/complainant to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment dated 13.07.2018 before the concerned Sessions Judge within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. He further submits that the petitioner/complainant is a 75- PRIYANKA VERMA Digitally signed by PRIYANKA VERMA Date: 2026.04.16 15:36:15 +0530 2 year-old widow suffering from several serious health issues and therefore, she could not file the appeal within the stipulated time. 3.
