ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondent Nos.5, 8 and 9 in illegally interfering in the daily fishermen livelihood activity of the Petitioner situated in Gabbada Village, Golugonda Mandal, Anakapalli District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4.
