The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 351(3) & 311 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion as well as the alleged confessional statement of co-accused Uttam Kumar. The petitioner has not been put to T.I.P. so as to establish his involvement in the alleged offence. Co-accused-Uttam Kumar has already been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.04.2026 passed in B.A. No. 2821 of 2026. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 17.01.2026. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
