Petitioner contends that she filed a suit for permanent injunction in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, Haridwar in the year 2022 along with a temporary injunction application, however, the temporary injunction application has not been disposed of so far. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the said application. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to court concerned to make endeavor to decide the temporary injunction application filed by petitioner, as per law, within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
