Copy whereof has been supplied to the learned vice counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Sidharth Jalta, Dy. Advocate General submits that the case of the petitioner has been approved by the office of Accountant General (A & E), Shimla, HP and the same has been sent to the Treasury for payment. Learned Dy. Yes -2- as prayed for in the instant proceedings, on behalf of the petitioner has been accepted and as such, present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure the financial benefits shall be released expeditiously to the petitioner, preferably within one month from today, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
