The present application has been instituted praying for correction of a typographical error occasioning in the first line of the second paragraph of the order dated 27.04.2026, passed by this Court in WP(C).No.3726/2024. 3. In the order dated 27.04.2026, the petitioner has been described as the first wife of the deceased Government employee, however she is the second wife. Accordingly, a typographical error is found to exist in the first line of the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 27.04.2026. The 2nd paragraph of the order dated 27.04.2026 now being corrected, would be read as follows; “In the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is the second wife of the deceased, has raised a claim for being authorized family pension in pursuance to the death of her husband Nathuram Sarma who was a member of the CRPF and was imposed with penalty of compulsory retirement on the ground that he had committed misconduct by marrying more than once during his lifetime. The materials brought on record raises a dispute with Page No.# 4/4 regard to the very identity of the petitioner as the wife of late Nathuram Sarma. Further, there is also a dispute with regard to the status of the other wives of the ex-force personnel Nathuram Sarma.” 4. The present order be read along with the order dated 27.04.2026, for all intent and purpose. 5. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
