This Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025, passed in MCRC No. 8219 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Roshan Lal Mishra, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District – South Bastar Dantewada (C.G.) through learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South Bastar Dantewada (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 10.04.2026 has requested for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and out of 27 prosecution witnesses, 22 witnesses have been examined before the trial Court and 4 witnesses are yet to be examined, the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 03 month from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
