The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- "(i) To set-aside the order dated 25.06.2026 passed by in Complaint No. 2284 of 2023, (Shiv Narayan Pandey vs. Pradeep Singh and others) and direct to the concerned court to consider the complaint of the petitioner and summon to the respondent nos.2 to 6 for punish them in proper section." 2. The complaint of the petitioner has been rejected by the trial court by order dated 25.6.2026. 3. Against the aforesaid order, the petitioner has a remedy of filing revision before the revisional court. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy leaving it open to the petitioner to file a revision before the revisional court.
