By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent No. 02 to conduct the backlog exam of the petitioner for two subjects i.e. Business Communication & Law of Contract in the academic session 2026-27 and declare the result of the petitioner and issue degree to the petitioner for BBA. LLB course. 3. After arguing for a while, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation to the competent authority in the University. Mr. Shailendra Nauriyal, learned counsel appearing for University submits that he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 5.
