The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and Sections 21, 22, 23 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and bald allegations are made against the petitioner that he was a member of Core Committee of company. He further submits that not even a single pie has been paid to the petitioner and petitioner happens to be only member of the Core Committee. He next submits that Devdeep Kumar @ Dilip was the director of the company namely, Aryakarn Nidhi Limited who was arrested and in his confessional statement in para 23 of the case diary he has stated that the persons who were in the core committee including this petitioner were not signing on any document with regard to the decision of the company. He next submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the co-accused, who was also member of the Core Committee, has been granted by this Court in A.B.A. No.7085 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that petitioner was the member of Core Committee of the company namely, Aryakarn Nidhi Limited. In the F.I.R, the only allegation is made that the Core Committee members were also involved and there is no allegation of transfer of any money or siphoning off the money against this petitioner. The Director of the Aryakarn Nidhi Limited company namely, Devdeep Kumar @ Dilip was arrested and in his confessional statement in para 23 of the case diary he has stated that the persons who were in the Core Committee including this petitioner were not signing on any document with regard to the decision of the company. Further, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the co-accused, who was also member of the Core Committee, has been granted by this Court in the aforesaid A.B.A. In the attending facts and circumstance of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No.198/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 30th April, 2026 Ajay/
