Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that from the joint possession of two accused persons 43 kgs. of ganja were recovered and the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case because the vehicle from which it was recovered belonged to the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are materials to substantiate the complicity of the present petitioner. Having considered the quantum of seizure and the accusation so far as the present petitioner is concerned, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over. 2 With the aforesaid observations, CRM(NDPS)410 of 2026 is dismissed.
