The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Angul Sadar P.S. Case No.70 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.199 of 2026 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 140(2)/ 329(4)/ 304(2)/ 115(2)/ 74/ 351(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Angul. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioner is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the co-accused Sibu @ Subash Chandra Das @ Sibu Prasad Das has been granted regular bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 06.03.2026 in B.A. No.125 of 2026. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and move the application for bail. 5. Mr. Susanta Kumar Rout, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Accordingly, the present ABLAPL is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on or before 10.05.2026 and move appropriate application for bail urging all the points as has been urged in the present petition including the ground of parity. If such bail application is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court on the same day on its own merits. 7.
