Notice had been directed and Ms.V.Ambika, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4. 3. In the affidavit filed, it had been contended that legal opinion had to be obtained for filing the appeal and in that process, there was a delay. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
